I am confident in our ability to join together to construct goals that meet your needs, utilize your natural strengths to make positive changes, and ultimately improve daily functioning.

I have 5+ years of experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, women’s issues, substance use, and domestic violence in teens and adults. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)- a treatment used to process traumatic memories and other adverse life experiences to bring these to an adaptive resolution.
