I strive to provide a safe space to explore and embrace your authentic self, cultivate self-acceptance and self-compassion, and develop healthy coping skills. My passion lies in supporting adults who struggle with the daily impact of ADHD symptoms or the lingering effects of past traumatic experiences. I am also committed to helping adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, neurodivergence, and co-occurring disorders.
I am a Certified Trauma Professional and take a trauma-informed, and compassion-based approach in my therapeutic process. I am dedicated to providing specialized support tailored to your needs while using evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, CBT and Mindfulness.
Our therapeutic work will focus on empowering you to gain self-acceptance, develop a sense of safety, and build pathways to growth and lasting positive change.
