Hi, I’m Kelly. I’m glad you found your way here. As a holistic psychotherapist, my approach honors the nature of the mind-body-spirit connection, as well as the interconnectedness of us all.
My therapeutic style is warm, nurturing, and intuitive. I have a deep respect for the wisdom of the body, the strength of the human spirit, and your innate capacity for healing. My practice integrates evidence-based treatment with a heart-centered approach, specializing in somatic, psychedelic and Ketamine assisted therapies (KAP), among other modalities.
I incorporate body-centered, mindfulness-based therapies, as well as parts work, attachment theory, and self-compassion practices.
