I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, throuples and families. My work is an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed & strengths-based practice. We may use mindfulness, cognitive therapy, Narrative, Somatic therapies, & I integrate somatic EMDR interventions into my practice, among others.
