I offer coaching and psychotherapy to support women who wish to connect with and express their most authentic Self, in order live a life aligned with their soul's purpose. I help you to move beyond fear, doubt and shame inflicted by culture and life experience, so that you may love yourself more fully and offer your gifts freely to the world. To support you in this deep healing process, we may incorporate various somatic and spiritual practices into our work together, based on your unique needs and values.
In addition to working with women, I offer conscious relationship counseling and coaching to couples, co-parents, families and any number of other connections. Whether you are seeking counseling with a loved one or parenting support, I lovingly guide you back to your own feelings and needs in order to help you create greater wholeness in your connections.
My background and education as a social worker and therapist have prepared me for many things, yet I believe it is my own healing journey—my commitment to dying and being reborn again and again—that truly qualifies me to walk this spiritual path with others. This group is designed to help women remember themselves and reclaim their Power. If you have forgotten to put yourself first, and have come to suffer physically for it, this group is for you. Together you will empower each other to stand strong in Who You Are and learn to put yourself first, so that you may better serve the world. You will support each other as you heal yourself from autoimmune disease, addressing the issues that contribute to or exacerbate your illness, and learning new ways of relating to the world that serve your health and well-being.
