I am passionate about helping adults learn how to navigate grief/loss and helping teens thrive. The majority of my practice focuses on working through difficult emotions, and uncovering skills necessary to make positive changes. My Adlerian approach helps you gain insights into problems and behaviors ,and develop new skills and behaviors promoting growth.
