I understand the need for a safe and accepting space to navigate mental health challenges and life stressors based on my own lived experience in therapy. I enjoy helping clients discover their needs, make positive changes, overcome obstacles, live more authentically and achieve mental well-being. I have specialized training and experience working with Anxiety Disorders, Pregnancy and Postpartum support, Stress Management, ADHD, and Women's Issues. I mainly utilize a person-centered and eclectic approach in counseling and have additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Perinatal Mood Disorders, Hypnotherapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
