I am a licensed clinical psychologist and certified group psychotherapist (CGP) with expertise in group dynamics and trauma. My organization, Therapist Beyond Borders, is a social justice consultancy that examines how to help organizations thrive. Starting with an evidence-based assessment, our work always begins with top level leaders. Systems change begins at the top. Staff can only do work that their leaders are willing to do. Our interdisciplinary team consists of practitioners who have one or more historically marginalized identities. The lived experience of marginalization gives each of us a personal lens into the work.
Our team is seasoned and skillful at facilitating dialogue on a range of topics, from trauma healing to recognizing and addressing microaggressions. The approach we take is experiential and encourages team-building and group cohesion. We help to create the conditions for psychological safety, authentic connection, and ultimately, a healthy organization.
In addition to organizational work and speaking engagements, I offer executive coaching and consultation and individual group and group psychotherapy. I am trained in EMDR.

Psychotherapy Process Group
This ongoing group is for individuals who would like to learn more about themselves and how they come across interpersonally. The group is an ongoing, long-term group that is like a "relationships lab" that seeks to help individuals to get better at expressing and coping with emotion, receiving feedback, and re-working unhelpful interpersonal dynamics. The group format offers a pure form of data in which the therapist can observe clients directly instead of solely relying on client self-report that happens in individual therapy.
