As a counselor, it is an honor to sit with people in the midst of this messy life, human to human, as hope and healing come alive. To me, there is no greater privilege.
My approach to therapy is centered on meeting individuals where they are at. I work with teens, college students and adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, depression and more. I utilize curiosity alongside empathy to assist clients in unpacking their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences to allow for new understanding and self-compassion.
