Groups
Parents of children with mental health struggles
A support group for parents with children with mental health struggles. A safe space for parents to learn, share, relate and support each other. This group is a combination of “skills-based” and a “process” group. The “skills based” part offers psycho-education in order to understand your child’s mental health, learn coping skills and solutions in how to support your child. The “process part” of the group allows for parents to reflect/process, connect, share experiences and offer their own solutions in order to support each other. 8 week cycle and drop-ins on case by case basis.
