Healing Circle for Severe Trauma Survivors

The group retreat designed for the women who have suffered through and survived the most horrendous tragedies. Oftentimes, people are referred out of group therapy when a person's trauma history isn't leveled with the rest of the group. For 4 women in Tulsa, this is where that cycle ends. You now have a space to be emotionally supported in community without fear of removal due to your trauma being "too big, too scary for others." Come renew by washing away old, traumatic energy with gentle movement, guided inner-child meditations and loving conversation.
