In-person or telehealth available. EMDR trained and offering EMDR intensives for clients seeking short-term EMDR treatment for single-incident trauma. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make changes in their life, and do this by collaborating with them to create a plan that helps them meet their goals. This plan often includes identifying and reprocessing negative beliefs keeping individuals from creating the life they want to live, and identifying more empowered beliefs that will give them the confidence they need to take steps forward.
My work is grounded in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and interpersonal neurobiology. I am thorough in the intake process and will review my evaluation with you, as well as collaborate with you to identify goals and to create a plan to help you meet them.
