Online Support for Women/Womxn --California
**Starting July 9th, 2024** So many clients have talked to me about wanting opportunities to connect with other womxn, particularly since COVID-19, when people began to work from home, or lost abilities to go out and meet people in person. This group experience affords the ability to reduce isolation, focus on themselves (as opposed to caring for others), and learn about themselves in relation to others. Opportunity to meet, join, connect with others. Groups will be 50% learning and 50% sharing/listening/reflecting. Please contact Katie to see if group is right for you!

This is a group for girls ages 14-17 who would like support in processing their feelings, exploring their own thoughts and building social connections with one another. Group will emphasize girls building self-esteem, emotional vocabulary, boundaries, and communicating needs. Contact Katie to determine if you or your child are appropriate for this group.
