I work with people struggling with depression, low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, and OCD. Even if you have been struggling for years or decades, it is still possible to turn things around. The techniques I use are very goal-directed. I will do a lot more than just talk to you about your problems. I will work with you to make real change happen.
You might feel hopeless and the thought of making any changes seems completely impossible. I welcome that skepticism, as it's a great way to protect yourself from disappointment.
