I help those living with the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity formation, and gender/sexuality development, experience more fulfilling relationships and understand themselves better. As Specialties, I offer Brainspotting and sex/sexuality counseling, KAT integration. I work with individuals, and with people in relationship.
I strive to cultivate a safe, and authentic space for you to find balance as you experience life. I am a person-centered clinician, and I draw from feminist theory, acknowledging and committed to challenging systems that negatively impact mental/emotional well-being.
