I utilize my own experience as a neurodivergent person to meet each person where they are and to aid them in accomplishing their personal goals in a way that is validating and empowering. I am a strong believer in utilizing unconditional positive regard, respect, and warmth but am also willing to challenge harmful beliefs and patterns when appropriate.
