Rather than just treat the symptoms you may be struggling with, I enjoy journeying deeper with you, trying to understand the root of the issue. As you grow to understand your mind, you will begin to make more mindful, intentional life choices, toward a more satisfying life.
I am trained in working with adults and couples with a variety of issues. I have specialized training in working with relationship issues, depression and anxiety, and family-of-origin issues. I work a great deal with people amidst life transitions and am acquainted with the challenges that come along with them.
