Supervised by Sarah Arnold, LPC-S. I'm looking to work with clients who are struggling with life transitions and looking to make meaning out of their circumstances. I often work with couples who are navigating a relationship breach and trying to rebuild their foundation. I also work with individuals who are trying to repair or understand relationships in their lives: partners/spouses, family of origin, friendships, etc. I also work with individuals trying to process their trauma(s) and offer tools for healing.
I have a background in working with couples healing from infidelity and specialize in helping couples rebuild trust. I am trained in Levels 1+2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I approach therapy from a Person-centered lens, meaning you are the driver of sessions, but I'll bring in tools to help you. I also approach therapy from a systems lens.
