Do you want to embark on a wellness journey but don't know where to start? I take a holistic approach to therapy, looking at the individual as a whole, not just treating symptoms. I seek to help clients increase self-advocacy, boundary setting, and self care. I utilize CBT, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, nutrition, and holistic approaches.
