I take a somatic approach to healing; I believe that the mind and body are interconnected and must be treated together. My work incorporates psychodynamic theory, Lifespan Integration (a gentle, body-based therapeutic method which deals with trauma), CBT-E (one of the leading evidence-based treatments for eating disorders), and meditation.
I am passionate about helping people connect to their inner strength and beauty. Seeing my clients find peace with themselves and their past makes me absolutely love this work. I myself have been through dark places, hopeless, and ashamed. I found healing, and now I am here to support you on your journey to well-being.
