I love to infuse mindfulness, metaphors, creativity, humor, expressive arts, and experiential activities into my work.

My strength-based approach balances exploration of current and past influences on your concerns with research- based practical strategies and action steps to help you in living the life you want to live. I collaboratively work with you to identify treatment goals and provide education on treatment options so you can make an informed choice.
