I am trained in EMDR and Flash which are highly effective and evidenced based techniques for working through trauma, complicated grief, and unresolved emotional wounds. Other specialties include the topics of aging parents, grief, end of life and caregiving. I have facilitated many support groups for different age groups on bereavement and caregiving.
