As a therapist, I hope to cultivate a relationship that facilitates change, wholeness, and health wherever you are in your journey.

I specialize in anxiety spectrum disorders, grief counseling, and faith/spirituality integration. I enjoy working with life transitions, adjustment stress, ADHD, and Bi-polar disorder. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral (CBT) and ACT approaches to therapy. I also do premarital counseling using the Prepare/Enrich curriculum.

There is hope and change is always possible. Never give up. I want to create a sacred space in my office where you feel free to bring your whole self: body, mind, and spirit.
