Anger Management Group
The Anger Management Group is a co-ed educational group for court mandated and self-referred individuals. This group is is led by two facilitators utilizing a cognitive behavioral approach. This approach assists group members in building skills that will help them foster mindful awareness of their anger triggers, how their thoughts affect their feelings that lead to destructive behavior. Group members learn how to make constructive choices in managing their anger.
