I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and completed my doctorate at George Mason University. I completed a two year post-doctoral training program in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Washington School of Psychiatry, and have trained at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
I have been in private practice for over 25 years, helping individuals and couples. I have recently moved to Colorado to develop Sweet Earth Orchard, a 31 acre permaculture food forest & retreat center.
