I would like to assist you in improving your overall life satisfaction. I have been providing psychotherapy for 37 years, helping people to grow and make changes in their lives so they may find their own personal peace and serenity. I would like to help you to identify and expand on your strengths, to identify goals you want to work on, and to develop new and healthy coping strategies. My experience is providing individual and couples therapy with adults, aged 18 and older, who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, stress, trauma, mood swings, relationship issues, phase of life issues, and grief reactions.
I have trained and worked extensively in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapies, and Solution-Focused Therapies. I look forward to working with you to help you find solutions to your problems.
