Starting October 5th and 8th, 2020. This group is a deep dive into practicing listening to intuition. In DBT this is “wise mind”. Wise mind is distinct from “emotion mind” and “rational mind”. Wise mind is the thread to your soul’s purpose. In depth psychology, intuition is understood as messages from the Self-- the guiding aspect of psyche. Often the Self emerges in dreams, gut feelings, synchronicity, or a knowing that cannot be explained. The Self is considered the road to fulfilling our life purpose.
