If you are experiencing worry, depression, grief, confusion, or anger, I can help you recover joy and peace. If you are recovering from trauma, abuse, or neglect, I can help you heal and thrive.

Uniquely, I am trained in Gottman Couples Counseling, Level III, to help couples reconnect and repair their relationships. I also offer critical support to family members who are helping a young adult recover from an episode of psychosis. Helping a young adult diagnosed with mania, bipolar disorder, or psychosis can be very confusing and isolating.
