Hi, I'd like to help if you're struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, school problems, or relationship problems. If you're in the LGBTQIA+ community and need an affirming therapist, I am one. I use humor and creativity to help people shift perspective.
I help kids heal and learn to cope through play and art therapy. I help the parents find ways to meet their child's unique needs, both at school and at home. I really hear teens and adults without judgement and work at infusing life and therapy with humor. I use cognitive, problem solving and systems therapy, to help create concrete, lasting change.
I know it can be hard to reach out for help. I would like to help you create the change you want in your life. I work with teens, kids, and adults with empathy and focus on the positive as well as working through the problems. I work really well with those who don't quite fit in the box we are often pushed in to. I have 30 years of experience in counseling.
