This world can be pretty challenging and there are times any one of us will feel overwhelmed, but perhaps you look around you and it seems like other people are making it work, so what's going on with you? I can lend a hand in understanding your stuck places and discovering more choices, to achieve personal growth and reach your life goals. I provide a space where we work to increase awareness, to find untapped energy and self-expression. With full access to your own capacities, you can feel grounded in yourself, confront obstacles and find solutions.

I work with teens through elders--individuals, couples & groups--to reconnect with their liveliness and a fuller range of creative choices towards a richer, more engaged life. I also help those in the process of stopping psychiatric medications. I'm grounded in a Gestalt therapy approach that focuses on present experience and a holistic view of the self.

It's not enough to have an intellectual explanation for your pain or dissatisfaction, nor is it easy to medicate your troubles away. I include dialogue, art-making, the wisdom of the body and of dreams to find insight and access more of your inner resources. I provide a place to practice new responses.

Do you find yourself sometimes haunted by the images and experiences in your dreams? Do the feelings linger but you don't know why? In these interactive workshops, I guide you as you embody the experience of your dreams and discover aspects of yourself that aren't available to you in your waking life, parts of your psyche that transmit knowledge through your own unique language of images and association. Bringing these overlooked parts of yourself to life in the room, you uncover more of your wisdom and wholeness. Maximum of 6 people can enroll per workshop.

A group therapy experience addressing mental health in the midst of social injustice, climate crisis, public health threats, and leadership unwilling to correct these issues. When those around you don’t seem to care about serious concerns, it has an effect on your sense of self. Depending on your situation, you may become paralyzed, fall into destructive habits, or alienate those around you. In this interactive online group, we explore how you relate to others while being guided by your values, so you can find alternative paths to community, problem-solving, and effectiveness.
