I have clinical experience working with individuals toward self improvement, through difficult life circumstances, and instilling hope when hope seems lost. I have experience and specialize in grief work. I can include art therapy in sessions, to help open doors for those who may struggle with communicating emotions verbally, and can provide further insight into expression that words cannot do alone. I work with adults and teens, ages 12 and up. I also can include brainspotting in sessions as well as traditional talk therapy.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist who utilizes a strength based approach, teaching clients to develop tools to work through challenges by identifying strengths and developing resiliency skills.
