I am a licensed mental health counselor with a master of arts in expressive art therapies and mental health counseling. I have completed intensive and advanced training in dialectical behavioral therapy. I am a certified yoga teacher and recently completed the energy codes facilitator training with the mortar Institute.
I am currently accepting new clients for individual counseling in person on the weekends. I utilize a combination of modalities, including, but not limited to art therapy, dialectical, behavioral therapy, yoga, and energy codes to support my clients in meeting their personal goals.
