I primarily focus with individuals.
I offer a compassionate, strength based, and developmental approach anchored in the belief that humans have an infinite ability to continue to develop and adapt throughout the life cycle. I have had professional experience working with diverse populations of children, adolescents, and adults in both individual, family, and group session formats.
My intent and hope is to provide a nurturing and supported space where discovery, growth, and authenticity flourish. I do believe that insight, empowerment, and compassion can be keys for growth, healing, and addressing underlying attachment wounds, maladaptive coping or protective strategies, and trauma.
