I am a relationship-based, trauma-informed therapist with a holistic, creative, and embodied approach to healing. I deeply believe in the interconnectedness of mind, soul, and body and it is through these channels we often experience pain, harm, frustration, blockages, and sometimes just plain boredom.
My hope is to offer my clients a space to experience empathy, honesty, creativity, and curiosity, as we collaborate, to understand your story and find pathways to emotional-wellbeing and resilience. I draw from various therapeutic approaches, primarily from attachment theory, object relations, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy and multicultural awareness.
You are the expert of your own story and I will seek to honor and come alongside you, not as one who has all the answers, but as a fellow traveler and witness. We will explore a variety of tools including mindfulness, expressive arts, somatic experiencing, among others, to assist you in finding your unique pathway forward.
