In addition to training at Ackerman Institute for the Family and the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, I bring over 15+ years' experience working with diverse populations across a range of educational, inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
My therapeutic approach is informed by extensive experience in evidence-based practices encompassing psychodynamic and relational theories (play based for children), dialectical behavioral (DBT) and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapies.
Recognizing the complexities of familial and emotional vulnerabilities, I am committed to empowering individuals, families, couples and children in developing a better understanding of themselves and each other. My hope is to foster stronger, more resilient relationships focused on resolving conflict and seizing opportunities for growth and connection.
