Serving Resilience
Serving Resilience is an in-person support group and mental health haven for food service industry workers. In this semi-structured (i.e., process-oriented and skill based) group, resilience meets support and shared experiences transform into shared strength. Serving resilience is co-facilitated by two therapists, including Dr. Grusecki. Group occurs at TASC Psychology and topics are tailored to the unique experience of service industry workers.
