I’m dedicated to guiding my clients through grief in the many ways it can appear - whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or an unfulfilled dream. As someone who has experienced loss first-hand, I show up from a place of genuine understanding of the toll these challenges can take on us. I also recognize that complicated family dynamics and lack of social support can amplify these experiences and make us feel more alone. My clients are adults and couples who seek insight and healing from past traumas, while remaining open to their part in affecting change and breaking negative cycles.
My clients describe me as warm, empathetic, and direct. I have advanced training in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment work while also giving you concrete tools from DBT and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment therapy) to not only accept change, but embrace it.
