It is very important to me that you get the results you are looking for in therapy and that your experience is a positive one. It is healing to be seen, heard and accepted and this is what I offer.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in traditional talk or psychodynamic therapy along with mindfulness, attachment, somatic, humanistic, and expressive art based theories. I work holistically meaning that I consider the whole person: your heart, your mind, your body, and your environment.
Through 11 years of practice in NY and LA, I have worked in various clinical settings and have helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, new medical diagnoses, creative blockages, grief, and transitions.
