Hello! I specialize in working with adults that are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or other issues that are causing stress in their lives. My treatment approach is a mix of learning coping strategies to manage current issues (CBT), along with discussing childhood, family relationships, and past experiences that impact how we see ourselves, others, and the world today. The way we communicate, behave, and deal with emotions are developed over time and through a variety of experiences, good and bad. Being able to recognize these patterns and where they come from can help us create more positive and long term change.
