Whether you are struggling with childhood trauma or more recent events, I offer a compassionate and supportive environment to help you navigate these challenges.

I offer in-person sessions on Thursdays in Irvine, located off MacArthur & Jamboree.

I am a trauma-focused therapist, helping adults and teens heal using an approach called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (or EMDR). In sessions I offer a laid-back and collaborative approach, striking the balance between supporting and challenging my clients. I take a holistic view, acknowledging the impact trauma has on both the mind and body.
