By challenging black-and-white thinking, harsh narratives, and helping you with meaning making around your emotional experience and responses, therapy provides an opportunity allow you to connect better with yourself, and those in your relational orbit.
As a radically candid and deeply human practitioner, I strive to offer collaboration and attuned exploration rather than quick solutions to the complex issues that bring you to therapy. I work from a relational psychodynamic stance that views relationship as the avenue for tending to the wounds and stories we carry. Our connection is an asset to the process.
