I work with adults, adolescents, children, couples. Explore with client in depth their needs in what they are looking for in therapy. Whether brief therapy or more long term. I work with a wide range of issues. Anxiety, depression, phobias. Divorce, relationship issues, parenting, children's issues including bullied children and anxious children.
I have been studying hypnotherapy and include that in therapy if client is receptive to this approach. Making suggestions to the subconscious can be a powerful adjunct to the therapeutic process.
