I welcome you to bring your full self into our space together. I am here to meet you where you are with warmth and unconditional positive regard. Everyone needs something a little different - to move through stuck points, to gain insight, or to reconnect with oneself or others. Whatever your needs, I believe therapy should be flexible and responsive to your individual circumstances. We will co-create an approach tailored to your goals.
I specialize in sex therapy to support a wide variety of sexual, relational, and identity concerns in a welcoming and non-judgmental way. I am here to support you in navigating a range of complex concerns, from fostering a deeper connection with pleasure and desire, to facilitating recovery from the impact of stigma and shame.
Like many in the PNW, I love coffee, fuzzy blankets, and rainy days. I have a couple of cats, including a very large ginger kitty named Gus. I love various types of puzzling and often enjoy combining these interests in a glorious crescendo of coziness.
