I work with families, parents, and children recovering from trauma, illness, grief, loss, moving, and divorce.
Couples relationship patterns are either driven by connection or fear of disconnection. Creating new connections where disconnections used to be, couples create safe spaces for each other. I work with couples with a variety of sexual struggles, trauma history, or mental health diagnosis.
I also work with individuals as they seek to redefine who they are and how they live in their world. We can explore the reasons for satisfaction or dissatisfaction in your, relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. We will work together as you recreate your narrative, your story, your identity.
