I am a native Western New Yorker and have also worked in Minnesota and Southern California. I specialize in working with adults and teens. I utilize family systems theory, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
