Intensive Summer College DBT Program
Summer Intensive 9 week DBT Skills Group. The group will be held twice a week, with a total of 18 sessions. Virtual though Zoom. Groups sessions will be 90 minutes. June-August 2023. Geared toward college-aged young adults residing in DC and Virginia for the summer. The group will cover skills from all four modules (Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness). This is for individuals with no high risk behaviors. Although participation in individual therapy is not required, participants must complete a one-hour pretreatment session to assess fit, orient to program, and establish goals.

We offer a closed adolescent DBT group once a week. The group focus on the four modules of DBT: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal relationships. Ages 13-17. Please call/email for more information.
