Over 12 years experience with therapy focus on interpersonal distresses such as anxiety, depression, breaking negative cycles, healing of emotional wounds, trauma, grief/loss, repairing and improving relationships. Advanced training in Brain-spotting, neuroscience, processing deeper parts of the brain where your nervous system has been affected. It can bring a release of the trauma affects, emotionally, mentally and physically. Emotionally Focused Focused Therapy to help individuals heal from attachment wounds, identify relationship cycles and connect more deeply.
In my mid forties, life experiences include overcoming life adversities, interpersonal healing, mid life transitions, parenting to adulthood and marital relationship improvement.
