Hey there! I'm Kara, a therapist who believes that healing can happen alongside a smile and a good laugh. Here we'll navigate life's twists and turns with warmth, humor, and some tears when needed. We aim to make therapy a comfortable space, where you can kick off your shoes, sip some coffee, and dive into the wonderful world of self-discovery.
