I support clients to resolve issues that are effecting their emotional, mental and physical well being. My areas of expertise include trauma, loss/grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, abuse, relationship issues, separation/divorce, personal growth, co-dependency and other general issues.
For a great number of clients I utilize a technique called Brainspotting to help alleviate many symptoms associated with trauma, emotional &/or physical pain and most conditions that cause distress. Brainspotting helps clients process distress from a deep brain level and can help clients process these conditions quickly and more acutely.
