I work with couples, individuals and families. I heIp my clients focus on solutions through their narrative lens. I use techniques such as motivational interviewing, finding exceptions, structural family therapy, solution-focused family therapy, and narrative therapy. I am EMDR trained and skilled in case management, treatment planning, and assessments.
If you are reading this, you are taking the first step towards healing. Finding a therapist can be overwhelming. I listen with empathy and help my clients find their voice and speak their truth. I accept a limited number of evening appointments and I see clients one Saturday each month in-person or via Telehealth if appropriate.
